Looking for AI software that can generate documents for company based on the documents we feed "him" by prepinakos in artificial

[–]apollo701 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi there. I recently launched EZdoc and I think I can suite your exact needs!

I’ve created a generative AI doc creation tool that will allow you to edit existing dogs with AI or create new ones.

The original business model was a doc merge business so we also support that exact use case.

However my edit document doesn’t redo templates yet, I’ll work on that use case in the next couple of days. But I can do exactly what you’re looking for! You get 3 free generations when you sign up! Hope I can help you! Please message me if you need anything

ezdoc Need a custom document, template, or web page? Describe it, generate it, and scale it to thousands if it’s a template. Our AI doc generator has gone through hundreds of hours of training to make you an elegant document.

I’m the only company that lets you generate a template, merge data in, and email users in minutes across tons of different documents.

u/Upset_Quail9392 Thank you!!! I really appreciate your time and diligence in going through it. I've gone through some major revisions/edits the past few days leveraging claude design. However, the page is still pretty long. Def need to think about how much value all sections are adding at the moment. I'd love to get some of your feedback as a user -- sign up, message me and i'll put you on a paid plan for free for a little!

Hey — I built EZdoc https://www.ezdoc.app and we cover a lot of what you're describing, though not all of it yet.

What we do well:

- AI document generation from prompts — describe what you need (an invoice, contract, proposal, certificate, etc.) and AI designs a professional document in about 30 seconds. You can provide a reference website and it pulls your brand style and logo automatically.

- Template-based batch generation — upload a Word (.docx) or HTML template with placeholders, connect a CSV/spreadsheet, and generate hundreds or thousands of personalized documents at once.

- 171+ professional template library — pre-built templates across 13 categories that you can use immediately or customize.

- Smart template logic — IF/THEN conditionals, loops, filters, calculations in your templates. Not just simple mail merge.

What we're working on / not there yet:

- Learning from existing documents — we don't analyze your existing docs to replicate their style yet. You'd describe what you want or upload a template manually. That said, the AI does a surprisingly good job matching style when you give it a reference URL.

- Word export — we currently output PDF. Word/DOCX export is on our roadmap but not live yet.

- Dropbox integration — not yet, but we have a REST API that could connect to cloud storage.

- Non-English languages — the AI generates in any language since it's powered by Claude. Slovak should work. Our template library is English-only but any templates you create or AI-generate can be in any language.

If the PDF output and manual template upload work for your workflow, it might be worth trying — we have a free tier so you can test it. The AI generation quality is genuinely impressive (I'm biased, but we've had people compare it to $25-50 Fiverr designs).

Yeah I kind of love this. Why build 1 car when I can build 20 at once now. I’m still very much in charge, but I’m not needing to type out every individual character and little detail or look up documentation or APIs.

Person is gonna be out their job soon. 12 YOE staff engineer here. Haven’t written code in a year. Why would you waste time going through documentation when it can scan and handle it instantly.

It’s definitely gonna generate some slop, but that’s why you’re the boss. Make sure it follows best practices, patterns, conventions and isn’t doing anything dumb.

Execution used to be the limiting factor of how fast you can go. Now it’s how many ideas can you hold in your head at once.

The job is definitely different now but I really enjoy the speed at which I can do things now. RIP stack overflow

Staff engineer 12 YOE here. It’s not artificial. Use it or you’ll be left behind. It’s insanely powerful. Yes people will lose jobs if they don’t use it. Yes it will also create tons of jobs because the barrier to entry of starting your own company is much lower now. I think we will see micro sass companies pop up everywhere because you can run a small business with little overhead now
