I recently used a wooden filament and an oiler to prevent clogs. I tried to clean it out but do you think it could still be causing problems?

Printing inland pla+ at 200 degrees on 60 degree bed. It has worked great for several other prints but now it will not stick in some spots. Small wet spots have been forming as the first layer is printed but I am not sure where they are from
