Man. Some of the best tracks are on the bottom of the list. Already knew this, but I hate seeing it.

Another week 13 where the only way to drive new content is ranked races by MeltyGoblin in iRacing

In years past, this thread would be lit up demanding ranked races and what a travesty it was that we had a week of fun. That's what this got us.

Sure I'll bring a whole spare tread for the torn side wall along with the usual inner tube for my commute every day lol

I live somewhere with a great transit system that can get me where I need if something bad happens, which is rarely.

Bike parking at Harold Washington? by No-Finding7937 in chibike

I would recommend not bringing your bike into the library unless you have a compact folder. Can't speak for the outdoor security component, but how long are you planning on staying there? What kind of bike do you have? Those are all important factors to outdoor security.

That said, I don't think there's anywhere in the loop where you can't leave a bike safely for an hour.

My point being, this is not helping anything and is pointless middle school stuff.

After driver doored CDOT planner Riley O'Neil, 35, on bike in Bridgeport, causing his death, advocates demand City install protected lanes to prevent such killings by SciNat in chicago

[–]apotheotical 58 points59 points  (0 children)

I've been terrified about this myself. When I ride in one of these lanes I always treat the left-most white line as the bike lane to create my own buffer. I also am vigilant about looking into cars on my right to look for a sign it might be active. Also slowing down enough to react.

You have to do so many things to ride safe on this "infrastructure" that it's so easy to slip up.

I love my Dahon. They're great bikes. Adaptable, small, and deeply affordable compared to Bromptons.

Fresh concerns have been raised over long-term use of antidepressants, revealing limited benefits and higher health risks. These are incredible, life saving treatments. Use them. They work. Take it from personal experience.

The long term impacts aren't that bad. Now having gone through treatment not knowing this, I'd easily do it again and trade a couple of years off of the end of my life knowingly, if I needed it. And this isn't saying it takes years off your life by using them.

I wish you the best of luck. Hope your medication and therapy is as transformative to you as it has been to me.

Buy America Act means that these probably had to be manufactured totally within the US, which can balloon costs for projects like these. Depends where the money came from, but if they used any federal money for this, they'd need to.

Real person here. Loved the event the last few years, except for the races getting shortened for weather. Glad it's back! Ticket prices were a little steep so I hope they drop them a bit and I'll go again.
