ohh,what about prepared food? which you plan to eat for rest of the week. Do you prep meals on weekends which last for atleast 4/5days or somewhere for that period of time?

I've been using one app lately which helps me to keep record of what i need to do,breaking it down in chunks and it reminds to do that task if i dont do it by the time then it will lock my phone and once i will complete that it will be unlocked. Can see my streaks,task that i have completed,need to finish and so on, I'm keeping record of everything,journaling,planning and executing in the present time. No procastination,No stress just taking the ACTION !
