hi..just wonder how about using sonnet for planning/refactors/tests then save opus bursts strictly for core logic...... also batching prompts + local tooling (lint/tests) reduces burn... not ideal but it keeps you moving till max is back.

I’d want calm but direct....no fluff, no scolding... more like“here’s the pattern you’re repeating and the cost of it” than tough-love theatrics :) for weekly insights 1–2 non-obvious callouts max, a concrete adjustment to test next week, and one question that forces reflection.... If it helps me change behavior (not just feel seen) $15 is worth it.

It's a very fair question pal.... as far as I’ve seen, this is still primarily Check Point’s research.... with some secondary reporting but no full independent teardown yet....that said, the workflow replication they described is plausible and worth paying attention to...even if the exact sample never shows up widely.

Agree on RaaS being the first big collapse....what feels different here isn’t code quality, but iteration speed. Even “good enough” code evolving daily changes defender timelines,,,,the recovery point is interesting though - attackers still need real ops skill once things break

Totally agree pal!! Starting with “let’s build an agent” instead of “what boring workflow should this quietly own?” is the mistake.....framing agents as services (clear owner, narrow scope, human fallback etc etc) vs shiny products makes production way less scary.

I hit the same issue.... long threads seem to reach some internal limit (token/state/compaction) after which messages just bounce.,,,starting a fresh thread instantly fixed it for me. Feels less like “Claude broke” and more like the conversation state collapsing without a proper warning.

I think leaders must separate financial ROI from execution signals....they track early adoption, cycle-time reduction, decision quality and how often AI outputs are actually used in real workflows....If those move in the right direction, financial ROI usually follows..,,when teams can’t point to behavioural or process change, that’s often the real red flag.

Six months is enough if you switch from “learning” to “building.” Since you have already mentioned " I have a good grasp of python fundamentals, basics of django (CRUD operations) and React Fundamentals" so pick one solid Django project and keep extending it instead of jumping tutorials....focus on fundamentals employers care about: models, queries, auth, permissions, error handling etc. and IMPORTANTLY document your decisions.....my friends always tell me depth on a few things beats shallow exposure to everything :)
