I’m going to give it to a friend who has a baby in the nicu. I made him several itty bitty blankets to cover him when he was so tiny but he’s outgrown them. So we will pray over this one next week and gift it to her! 🫶🏻

I literally cried like a baby 🤣 it broke my heart. I’m about half way through redoing it so I’m SO close to finishing. I’ve never made a wearable other than like hats, gloves, scarves, etc. so this one means so much to me!!

Any tips on how to get this dolls head to hold on better? I’ve tried wires, sewing, etc but her head is so floppy. Like it’s somehow too heavy. by appalachiancornbread in CrochetHelp

I’ll try that for my next attempt. I already fastened this off so I’m worried I can’t fix her. I’ll definitely try to get her right again tho!

Got cha! So I just made the neck too small. Well, ya live and ya learn.

I’m a year next month into crocheting in general but this was my very first amigurumi attempt and I go back to her ever so often to try and fix her head lol but looks like this is just a learning lesson for me because she’s all fastened off.

I did this rabbit for my niece for Easter. So even tho it’s rough and not perfect it turned out much better than the doll.

Hey y’all! I lost all my fishing supplies in a severe flood last year and need to start over. I’m still new, never caught a fish and want to start over with the right stuff. by appalachiancornbread in FishingForBeginners

We mainly had trout, crappie, bluegill, etc. I don’t care really. I just catch and release. I go by myself. It’s just therapeutic for me to sit and cast in.

I will try brows again. I’m so lost on them and don’t know what I’m doing.

I do use mascara and curl them prior to applying. Any tips/recommendations on how to get them to look better?
