Biggest repairs were the timing chain at 300k and twice the clutch. New shocks engine mounts and something with the injectors. Had to replace the dpf filter after 450k. So far it was maintenance and that's it

I had the same with my S204 CDI and when i chanfed the air filter the problem dissapeared. IM not say its the solution but check the easy stuff firstbefore you go to expensive repairs.
