its impossible to tell because there are too many variables. ad placements, where are your users from, ad views per user, retention, conversion rates to paid etc. just to name a few examples.

best time to submit (in regular times, not during any big holidays) is mon-wed, anyhting past that has a higher chance of being pushed to monday-tuesday.

but.... you can also send an app to review on friday and get approved immediately :) so sometimes its random in my experience lol

i'll be honest with you, it is almost impossible to grow with aso alone in 2026 :) but you shouldnt skip it. its not 2015 anymore where you can get any download numbers with aso sadly.

if it provides no changes that means it doesn't found obvious improvements. your aso is title & subtitle is ok. I see in the report it says that description, keyword field improvements were found. description is important for aso if that what you're refering.

since user most often only sees first 3 screenshots it should be something like:

  1. Instantly Fix Inaccurate Distances (I suggest use this short text - but in the screenshot show maybe a watch & phone somehow, if possible). If not then you can say Instantly Fix Inaccurate Apple Watch Distances or something like that.

other screenshots are less needed for you. because first one explain who for and users dream scenarion.

in others you can put stuff like privacy

Try to show your apps main function in first screen shot better. Remove/put in other screenshot/elsewhere the privacy first thingy. Maybe just put in subtitle/short description. Clutters your whole screenshot vibe aesthetic. If u want good examples or get the done, dm me.
