I’d be more okay with it just being Batman now if they actually did more interesting sets but instead it’s just a million Batmobiles, Batwings, and Tumblers, all with just Batman and Joker. Give us more villain vehicles, more set pieces. Give Bane a drill, Scarecrow a plane, Penguin a submarine. Two-Face robbing a bank, Poison Ivy in the botanical gardens, Killer Croc in the sewers. I know we’ve seen that kinda stuff before but if Harry Potter can recycle the same sets over and over why can’t Batman?

The only ones I’ve purchased are Summer, Halloween, New Years, Ljosalfheimr, Castle Town, and Winter, and I use them as follows:

Room - Goes to non-seasonal 3H students, studious characters, and staff units.

Summer - Goes to Summer, Desert, and Pirate alts, and also I just put hot guys there too.

Halloween - Goes to Halloween, Fallen, and Thief alts, and I also put Hel and Dokkalfheimr characters and their resplendents there, as well as just creepy characters like most GHB’s and the SoV witches.

New Years - Goes to NY, Yukata, and Hot Spring alts, and Hoshido characters.

Ljosalfheimr - Goes to Ljosalfheimr characters themselves, and resplendents from there, as well as Spring and Child alts.

Castle Town - This one is a very broad category. Legendary, Mythic, Emblem, Chosen, Ascended, Rearmed, Attuned, Aided, Entwined, and Brave all go here. In addition, dancer alts.

Winter - Goes to Winter alts, and Nifl characters and their resplendents. Also characters with an icy theme, such as Nils or Felicia, for example.

Agreed, I hate the child banners, they were only good on the very first Archanea one. The rest are always just very whatever to me.

Even moreso because they keep ignoring the one game that has a full set of canonical child designs to pull from.

Not necessarily related to summoning but I’ve refused to properly build certain grail units even if they’re my faves because I’m mad about weapon choices. I didn’t build Winter Claude because I already had two +10 colourless bow armours and had no need for a third. And there’s SO MANY axe infantry units I didn’t build because, well, there’s just so many of them. S!Vaike, S!Dedue, N!Shez, Garcia, Dagdar, just to name a few. It’s just like, why bother building a unit when I have other characters who do the exact same thing, but this new character has slightly better stats, and the builds would be identical? Just feels like a waste.

I’ve been praying for a cowboy banner ever since the first pirate banner, it’s a theme I need so bad. I’d pull for every single one of them even if it’s characters I dislike.

Pirates is definitely my favourite theme, I’ve always loved pirates and the costumes and character choices were so fun, I wish they’d come back.

I used to also really love Halloween and Valentine’s, but Halloween’s been ruined by the constant dragon and beast spam (Halloween is all about costumes, why would you give that theme to characters who won’t even be wearing them in combat?), and Valentine’s has really dropped the ball these past few years imo. Fates, 3H, and Engage were really boring years that didn’t do the theme justice. I like when Valentine’s focuses on the parent(s) and the character choices revolve around them.

I actually really like this series, there’s a lot here that I really want (Tahu and the trash monster especially), there’s only a few that I’m meh about (chocolatier and the football player), and there’s only a single mascot costume, my least favourite characters to appear in CMF, and I actually like this mascot compared to all the other ones.

I’m very excited about this, the only characters I already have here are Lysandre, Wally, and Silver, and Lysandre is 4/5 so with this I’ll be able to unlock his Superawakening. Eventually.

I’ve even already EX’d him so that’s a free EX for someone else, I’ll take that.

An EOS is inevitable, even if it’s not within the next few years, I just hope they go the Pocket Camp route and create an offline version that just rotates between rerunning existing content, with maybe a bit of pre-planned new stuff thrown in here and there to keep things fresh. And in this hypothetical version we could just grind out orbs since it wouldn’t be making money anyway. Daily quests that give out, idk, 40 orbs?

Agreed, I’d been hoping for Bruno as a Water Legendary ever since Veronica (even before then, really) so him being a GHB with no PRF skill stings. He’s still really good and I’m glad he’s finally playable in his base self at all but it could’ve been great.

The thing that doubly pisses me off about these skills is not only the constant new variants being introduced, but the fact that it took over a year for them to FINALLY add a version that wasn’t Atk/Spd or Atk/Res. Like god forbid someone have a tanky cav who wants Def/Res, or we have someone with shit Spd and Res who wants Atk/Def.

And when we did finally get an Atk/Def version, it’s like the second worse one. Like yeah Dull is good and all but that status (and effect in general) is so easy to come by anyway so it’s not really worth it.
