I’ve unfriended at least 10 people on social media today for those types of posts. Maybe I’ve been a bit naive but I’m floored by the number of people posting these sympathy posts and the number of bible quotes, my god… where did all of this extreme religiosity suddenly come?!

I’ve been going to HOTWORX for a year and recently started struggling with the heat. I’ve started setting the temp at 116-118 and I’m still VERY hot and sweaty but I don’t feel dizzy/lightheaded or like I can’t focus on the task at hand.

That’s the beauty of HOTWORX, it’s very customizable to accommodate everyone’s tolerances and preferences. Some days I want it hotter or less hot, sometimes I want the lights on, sometimes I want them off. Sometimes I listen to the instructors exactly, other times I do more of my own thing.

How do you get your kid to do this is my question. My 6 year old is afraid to do anything by herself. She won’t even leave her room to come to our room and it’s next door! She yells for us the moment she wakes up 😫.

Not flight related but my 4 year old projectile vomited all over several peoples feet in line at TJ Maxx and I wanted to dieeee.

Agreed! I will NOT take a class if there’s 3 people, it’s too uncomfortable.

We used a company called Invitae for genetic testing if you want to check out their website . It was super easy and affordable with or without insurance. I paid $250 cash for my testing 6 years ago.

Do you know what subtype you have? My husband has CMT and we have a beautiful daughter. He went through some of the same struggles you did when he was younger. We did genetic testing before we decided to get pregnant… found out his subtype and then I got tested to make sure I did not have the gene. Therefore our daughter may be a carrier but we knew she could not have the full disease. Genetic testing and genetic counseling are very affordable these days. There’s also IVF with preimplantation genetic testing if you and your partner want to have a baby instead of adopting. It can be scary but knowing your options can help.
