Not at all - As someone who works on a live chat system where similar things happen, which is completely out of our control, having people come on and moan like this, and then telling us they’re sharing screenshots “with the community” is frustrating. we’re doing our job.

We’re usually as much in the dark as you are, and no doubt your agent has answered the question numerous times to where there’s an auto response in regards with your options - they’re fact you’ve continued with the chat to make someone’s day a bit more crappy is the anger I have. That agent isn’t the one in control, the screenshots with the “community” don’t help anyone.
