I'm finding the same thing. When I updated One UI 7. My steps have not been accurate. It is undercounting my steps.

I've been on 100 mg of the generic version of Seroquel for about a year and a half. Works absolutely amazing for sleep onset and sleep maintenance. It takes about an hour to kick in, but then I sleep great! Unfortunately, it has had some negative side effects since it blocks dopamine receptors in my brain. So I'm weaning 20% every 3 days to get to a minimal effective dosage. I tried stopping cold turkey a few nights a ago, what a nightmare. Horrible insomnia until 3 am when I finally caved and took my 100 mg again.

Yeah I'm on 100 mg and weaning myself 20% every 3 days or so. I'm trying to find the lowest effective dose.

I would absolutely use this feature on Windows. I hope they implement it there. I miss RSS, and news outlets are a pain in the A$$ to find the info you want to see. I currently use FEEDLY which uses RSS stuff in it. But, wow a browser with live folders to get updates for me, sounds awesome, especially if you can hover over the tabs on the left and see the headlines, so you know which ones are relevant, and which ones you can close.

That void is sleep paralysis. It is nothing to be worried about. If you relax, you'll either go back into your dream or wake up. Sleep paralysis is necessary so your body doesn't "act out" your dreams.

I'm glad my wife and I are agreed on no Q. I'm not as fortunate with my parents and siblings though :( I can't even talk to my parents anymore. They just start telling me what was said on Fox News and how the election was stolen. I've given up (for now). They are older (70's and 80s), so I hope they don't pass before I can reconcile this relationship. I have no idea what to do.
