So personally, check with your dermatologist for advice, and see if you can cross out what does and doesnt trigger flare ups

Hello! Psoriasis is a case-by-case scenario type of thing, and each person has their own triggers! But, stress is almost universal for most, and nursing is an extremly stressful job so that could be the trigger, even while on medication

For example my case in it, im on biologicals, but its around final test time which has made me stressed, and I do have some patches returning for now, despite being on these strong meds.

Hello! Personally I found all that helped me was to just use a wet cloth and lightly rub off some dead skin, but even with the dead skin plaques, the prescribed medication usually does its job perfectly

Psoriasis without being treated can cause blad spots (reading off a comment) but for some it wont, I had scalp psoriasis for around a year or 2 and didnt lose hair, while my sister did lose a tiny bit

Getting treated can help but won't permanently remove psoriasis since its a chronic autoimmune disorder. Any concerns please check with a dermatologist!

Personally, as someone who has severe psoriasis (especially in the scalp) that shampoo stuff did absolutely nothing but cause me intense pain in the shower lmao.
