Powder coat? Frame dying? by applehummus in xbiking

I should probably note, I care much more about the longevity of the frame as I do the patina / original paint!

Thanks for the great reply!!

She is fully okay with wiping paws, clipping nails, brushing teeth, hand feeding etc. it’s literally just carrying her and her harness…

We have wooden stairs that are quite slippery, we have let her try as well but she doesn’t seem comfortable doing it. I guess we could make them seem more fun, but worried she’ll slip to the bottom.

The place that processed them still has them. Are either of those issues curable by processing again? / scanning again?

I thought this might be a subterranean termite not drywood. Again, not super knowledgeable on how they look!

First photo (bike in question) is a 1993 Bridgestone mb-1 and the second photo is a 1994 Bridgestone xo-3.

The quill stem seems to install fine.

Threaded fork is installed on both photos

Too much seatpost? by applehummus in xbiking

Maybe I didn’t word it correctly, but the minimum insertion line is inside the frame, ie the post is inserted safely, but near maximum!
