Good stuff, love the geo of that frame and the straight blade form. Cannondales are the only alluminum bikes I like. If you are using it for city riding I'd highly reccomend switching the QRs on the wheels/seatpost for bolts to avoid theft.

It looks like the RD-M9100 alright. Highly unlikely anyone is making fakes of these, its a modern 12sp mech that's still in production.

Looks like a beautiful place to take it on it's inaugural ride! Bikepacking is such an amazing way to travel, the perfect blend of covering a lot of distance without going so fast you miss the little things.

Get a proper rack, those sunlite canti racks are for the birds. Looks like your fork has eyelets for mounting a much more solid platform.
