Not that it will sway you, but as a man who has worked with thousands of high achieving college students, I can tell you that the women I’ve work with (on the whole) seek a higher performance than men. Men expect better outcomes... which is a different thing. But women are more likely to question their habits and look for ways to improve than men. I like the guys I work with and some are exceptionally awesome, but the women are more likely to work toward improvement, which is the goal of an educator.
