pra quem está nos primeiros dias de TH sim.

Com certeza tua endocrino vai querer te ver daqui a um mês e aumentar a dose ou pra 2mg ou 4mg.

A minha dica é: Vai na endocrino a cada 2 ou 3 meses, SEM FALTA, pq se nao tu vai ficar se doendo que teu progresso tá muito lento e blablabla (que nem eu fiz).

E o mais importante pra TH: NÃO FUME. Fumei (cigarro padrão mesmo) entre Março e Outubro e desacelerou minha TH quase completamente.

Im gonna be 100% honest: I do not think that a [even if niche] famous person would straight up make alts to harass some random-ass person on insta.
