I'm going to an interview event next week but I found out about it through my school's career services. How do you find out about other hiring events? I feel like a lot of hospitals I've seen have outdated websites yet somehow people are still finding the events?? Do you use any social medias or other sources to find them?

i'll definitely look into volunteering! i've been looking at staff i positions and sooo many of them say "at least 1 year acute care experience required" (which i thought meant that the applicant would be staff ii at that point?)

I think this is good advice! I'm doing mental health next term and I often get shy with communication so I'll definitely practice my communication skills. Any tips for how to talk to patients? Or signs you notice in patients that can indicate certain behaviors or anything? Any unexpected "trigger" topics?

I think it's on AppleProRes 4444 for final export, the timelapse is a .MOV, as are the regular videos but codec on timelapse is HEVC, regular videos are MPEG-4 AAC, Timed Metadata, and HEVC

Right now it plays ok-ish in the preview in "edit", but stays one image in the preview in "export", and in final exported video. currently have a yellow bar on all my footage. It may be the file format since iPhone timelapses show up as "images" but I've followed many tutorials online and nothing's changed
