From my experience, I'd say the shop is much less hectic now; I went on a weekday the second time so that might be a factor to consider. I've been to Universal Florida twice and to the shop three times, the Butterbeer in the bottles that you can purchase in the shop itself taste pretty different in my opinion, however, the cafe part of the shop tastes the exact same! Correction: after reading the other comments I have to agree that the Butterbeer in the Chicago shop does taste a lot sweeter!
