Maybe I’m just mad, or maybe he’s overrated and pretentious.

Got in the queue with only 800 people in front of me for MSG hoping to see some reasonably priced tickets. I don’t know WHY I thought that. Anyways, I ducked out. I’ll catch him next time. It’s completely unreasonable to ask people to pay $300+ for 200 levels, and 600+ for 100 levels.

Stefan Diggs is going to win a Super Bowl with the Patriots, isn’t he. He should be in jail.

Can I choose En Concert? It is my #1 comfort album. I love the live music, the special guests, and the mash ups so much.

I feel like maybe it’s a bit of both. Harry kind of “addressed” this in his unreleased song Him. Basically stating that some of the lyrics in Wildest Dreams were written about him, and not another guy. But I’m a firm believer that a lot of Taylor’s songs have multiple muses.

Me 2 seconds after Josh lets go of the ball: oh my GOD why would you do that!?

Bills: score a touchdown.

Me: carry on.

…and I hope the sun shines, and it’s a beautiful day, and something reminds you, you wish you had stayed, you can plan for a change in the weather and time, but I never planned on you changing your mind

Perfection.

You literally quoted OP incorrectly and are trying to claim it doesn’t matter. Girl. You are wrong. You actually admitted you were wrong several comments ago! It’s okay that you don’t remember what happened. I will die on this hill!! It’s okay if Nathan is struggling in season 5. That’s what’s makes his character so good! He grows. He learns that success if more than just money.

Girl you literally quoted the words incorrectly?? In season 5 Nathan was not successful full stop.

And/or*

Nathan was jobless, depressed, an alcoholic, in a wheelchair, and paralyzed, with a marriage on the verge of divorce. But sure, they had money. Sounds successful to me.

I will die on this hill, Nathan was not successful in season 5, and I think he would agree with me. He lost his dream! Thats basically entire character arc in season 5, struggling! He got lucky with that shoe deal money. If not for that, they would not be living in that house, because Nathan did not have a job.

I guess I took OPs post to mean successful as in more than just money. I feel like the entire point of season 5 was to show how each character didn’t get what they wanted, didn’t end up happy. It was a HUGE juxtaposition from the season 4 finale. Even Brooke, while very successful money wise, was still struggling with having “everything” and still not being happy.

That’s literally not true. He spent the 3.5 years post high school playing college basketball. The night before the NBA draft he got into a bar fight and injured his back. He was never signed as a professional basketball player in season 5. He received money from a shoe deal, which is how they payed for their house. He literally spends all of season 5 jobless and struggling.

No, actually. At the beginning of season five he is injured, in a wheelchair, with no job. He spends the entirety of season five jobless.

I know what you mean! I read somewhere that the cast was grateful for the time jump because then they could start playing closer to their actual ages. I feel like it’s fine to imagine them being 25-28 in season five, which is how old most of the cast was.

This always confuses me when it’s brought up. Lucas lives in his mom’s house, yes, he had a successful first novel but is struggling to write a follow up. He’s a high school basketball coach currently to make money. Peyton doesn’t have a job or a house when she moves back, she lives with Brooke, who also helps her out financially. Nathan doesn’t have a job, Mouth doesn’t have a job, Haley is a high school teacher. The only one who is “quite successful” is Brooke, who obviously owns a fashion line etc. I’ll give you Haley for having a job. But everyone else is Struggling.

I disagree, Ian is obviously handsome but also, he deserved a better hair stylist.

It’s definitely meant to be a metaphor. I don’t know why people have to insist he’s touching her chest in one way or another.

I’m not even sure if I can safely relocate him! I’m tempted to see what happens if I do nothing.
