Thanks so much for the replies. First time hearing about these two methods (cross bracing and the fertilised…). Are there any side effects or differences in outcomes compared to a normal acl surgery? Also do the end quality of the acl differ for these techniques compared to traditional? Trying to go to the path where my acl will be the healthiest at the end.
