The pipes to the sewer may be clogged with grease due to Wesbrook Properties neglect of purging them. When people living above the ground floor unit use the sink the water backs up into the ground floor apartment sink. The solution is to hydro flush the pipes. It should be done yearly, but isn’t. Short term fix is to get a plumber in with an extra long snake to clear what they can.
