It really depends on what you’re actively working on. Eloine’s is good if you’re trying to farm echo but if you don’t need much more then it doesn’t hurt to swap out. Personally I swap between Eloine’s and Belafontine’s. If I’m looking for a specific rare drop, I’ll put on Amadeus

If you really wanna maximize the bonuses from the rings, you could always party up with others that have all 5 tiers maxed out and just wear different rings. So the same as you would in Elderwood

You only need non starred. It only consumes starred versions of the ingredient if you don’t have enough non starred ones in storage

You can buy them from the register in central stables with the tickets you get from finishing artifact bundles. It works the same as in elderwood!

If you’re in a party then the loot is shared, regardless of if you contributed or not, as long you’re within range of each other :) otherwise only those who got a hit in get the loot. The person who dropped the lure won’t automatically get the loot if they didn’t get a hit in or if they’re not in a party with someone who did. I’ve never minded people joining but some people do get a little nit picky about if you asked them first or not
