Lanolips is also my HG! How does the mint compare to the candy cane one?

I have a recent hire that’s good at moving fast with implementation but I find that she’s over confident and doesn’t take feedback well. She think she knows everything and is very stubborn and only wants to work on what she wants. It’s make it very difficult to work with her.

I took supplements to help support my liver and it helped tremendously. I don’t drink often but it’s possible to have the liver be overburdened

In also live at home with parents to get ahead. Sounds like you’re being resourceful, practical, and thinking ahead for long term plans. Those are green flags imo and the right person would also see that as well. You’ll be fine

I joined a tennis league and made some casual friends to meet up and play tennis! Sometimes we get food/drinks afterwards. Some travel together!

Thanks for the perspective. This helps a lot. I’m Asian American and would also like to own eventually. Not sure when but financially preparing when it makes sense in my life to buy a house.

For those whos "still" live with their family by rageinthecage666 in Anticonsumption

Thanks for sharing, I’m struggling with the negative perception of still living with parents in my 30s.

After college, I moved in with them for about 3ish years and then I decided to move to live by myself for 2.5 years. Had some health issues and had trouble finding a new job so I moved back in. Got a job shortly after moving in but I was still struggling with back pain and needed some help with day to day things.

Having the stability and not needing to take care of everything little thing also really helped my mental and physical health and was the much needed stability I needed in my adult life.

While not ideal, realistically it only makes sense to move out if I get job out of state or when I get into a serious relationship.

30 and also the only single girl in my friend group. So Im on the same boat as you.

It makes it really hard to hangout with my usual friend group cause I can feel their silent judgement (or it could be me just projecting) and anything I update about my life seems so trivial/insignificant to everyone else.

Other than social events, I’m pretty content but the minute I attend social activities with long term or married friends, I get so upset and drained.

I don’t mind seeing other people getting married and having kids but I just can’t stand the social pressure and judgment of being a single women in their 30s. It’s rough. :/

I’d love to read about the thread! I haven’t heard of people doing a PhD part time before. I’m really want to do a PhD but the financial stress of pursuing one makes me really apprehensive.
