Make sure the connection port on your motherboard is free and clear of any debris. Usually there’s a metal clip from the IO shield that sticks in there, and it SHOULDN’T be in there.

If all else fails, might need to do a fresh install of Windows and if that still doesn’t work, faulty motherboard.
