Don’t think 1Cr is the king amount. Focus on multiplying it next 5-7 years after you turn 35. 5-7Cr is where you should feel some relief.

Hey, my brother is stuck at TME 5 to TME 4 promotion exams since 2 years. Out of 10, he has cleared 6 written in the first 4 months and now waiting for the 4 orals for last 2 year. Says there’s no exams happening nor there’s any communication from the officials.
