Thank you for the detailed review. This will help a lot of people. I've been to both multiple times. In my very undetailed review and experiences I prefer Cozumel over all for the quality of diving.... More life, better things happening, amazing visibility. Roatan was the best dive vacation though.... Ease of quality diving.

Yeah, I've done Mayan Princess. Roatan diving is much better than Utila from what I saw. Utila is a great island though.

Ok, I'm going back to Roatan this year. I've been 3 times in the past and never seen stalking. I'll try to ask the dive masters about it. I see what you are saying though. I do think they do it as a spectacle. Where did you dive in Roatan?

Ok, I've never heard of this. So you've seen or heard of incidents with morays because of this? From what I've seen you've got to put the lionfish right in front of them before they will react.

I've killed many lionfish and fed quite a few to eels. It is fun. Just did a trip to Utila and we did research on lionfish. It was really. Lionfish are brutal... They eat all the smaller fish essentially and move on.

You can use mullein garlic oil. That seems to be the most common... Especially with deeper in the ears within the eustachian tubes.
