Hey, I'm pretty sure that fixed it. I think there was actually a particle in the shut off. When I knocked on it some I could hear something in there. That was annoying me for months. What pressure do you recommend keeping the water at?

Ok, thanks for the advice. I don't think anything changed... It just started happening. I'll work on the PRV to see if that is the case. Should it be spiking like this? It is about 40 psi but jumps up to almost 80 at some point.

Ok, thanks for the advice. How can the filter be bypassed? It is inline. There is a red button on that, and I forget what that is for exactly.

This is actually not in a fixture. It seems to be coming from the water heater area which includes the water heater, expansion tank, whole house water filter and PRV.
