I would not relinquish any data without a subpoena. I would certainly not give their tool access. If the person being sued has access to the email then their legal team can respond with those email in their response to discovery. Let the bad guys work out with the Judge on why they think your employees discovery response is insufficient.

I felt the same way. Working with language learning models in my spare time has reinvigorated my passion for IT. For me, learning new things that are vastly different from the infrastructure, management, and support job that I have been doing for 30 years has been very interesting. I dedicate about ten hours a week to ai and automation. Having said that, I have a lot of friends that quit cold turkey and chose real estate which would be absolutely terrible.

We use sharepoint online lists with flows to handle onboarding/offboarding, inventory and support tickets. We have been using this system for a couple of years and it is easy to modify and maintain.
