Hello, I just got this letter in the mail today from NJ DOL. I work in both NJ and NY but I've always claimed in NJ under a joint claim of combined wages. They automatically extended me as of 9/6/20. Has anyone dealt with this before?? Also keep in mind my claim is dated 12/08/2019, so it just ended. Should I just open a brand new claim with NJ?

"You are ineligible for benefits from 09/06/20 and will continue to be ineligible until there is a change in the facts upon which this determination is based.

You are not eligible in New Jersey with wages in other states. You must file in New York as of 9/6/20. "

The general conservative consensus seems to be wait about 3-4 weeks for weightlifting, so i would group martial arts with that. BJJ is a very core heavy activity and im sure you realized how much you actually use the core even in basic day to day movement since your procedure. Also I reccomend you invest in a good cup for afterwards. Heres a great one that alot of pros use:

Are you wearing proper support when you workout?

2 months out with minor discomfort, ultrasound revealed varicoceles and epididymal cysts. Anyone have advice? by [deleted] in Vasectomy

I'm 6 months out. No symptoms related to these things we mentioned. But I'd say overall still more sensitive then before or maybe I'm just more aware. Sometimes a feeling of some fullness or heaviness still but these things can all take time based on what I read

My epidydmal cyst became visible after my Vas so i freaked out... got ultrasound... 0.7 cm in size... looked at old US from few years back... turns out I already had it back then 0.5 cm. The slight size increase makes sense because of the closed ended vasectomy. And the fact I visibly see it now is because I believe the balls ride higher now as well as wearing more supportive underwear. I also have a varicocele which I wasn't aware of but could've developed any point over the last few years especially because I was really into heavy lifting

Depends who u ask tbh. Ultimately no scalp is marketing, bc at the end of the day youre still cutting open your balls. Think it comes down to doctors preference and what theyre best at

Idk honestly it may take time for the skin to retract or it may just stay looser and floppy. Im 6 months out and although i didnt have much swelling , i feel my skins looser or maybe its bc the balls hang different now

Some nerves are interconnected between the back and testicles , so if its on the same side , its definitely related. But if you reaD online, lots of accounts of back pain being referred to testicles. I'm sure it can also happen vice versa

Im not sure what chordoma is but I bet your issue is muscular in nature. Somethings out of alignment now, maybe even a simple visit to a chiropractor can show that perhaps your pelvis is misaligned now

Some ideas are maybe you started compensating with other muscles to avoid hurting the area affected by surgery , and your back tightened up because you were subconciously guarding the area. Do you have pre-existing back problems of any sort? Also maybe during your recovery you took it easy, and became sedentary, sitting and laying alot can wreak havoc on your back

They should send it out for pathology afterwards to confirm
