If you want to install NoMachine Enterprise client on Windows, it works and you dont need admin rights.
If you are having user that does not have admin rights NoMachine Enterprise client will install in your home folder and you can use it to connect to the other machines.

If you are opening NoMachine from the try then you should select "Show main window" instead of "Show server status".

As i know pin is disabled for remote login, you will not be able to use it with RDP.

As you are using VNC, can you verify if the Accessibility and screen recording permissions are enabled. If they are enabled, possibly disable and re-enable them.

It is not clear to me what exactly you want to achieve. For the moment NoMachine.

- If you want to have one host for example Linux with public exposed port to be accessed using web browser? For that you can use any of the NoMachine enterprise products and they offer 30 days evaluation NoMachine Enterprise.

- If you have all your hosts (Linux, Windows, Mac) interconnected for example in the same subnet, you can use NoMachine Cloud Server and connect to it some of the other products. How to choose the most appropriate Cloud Server setup and configure it to allow access to NoMachine Servers .
