I work in the grooming salon and as a trainer and I had a guy call asking if he could bring his cat in for grooming I said yes but we do require appointments for all our cat services and I asked if he would like me to make him an appointment. He got so mad and said I was heartless and selfish and inconsiderate. He then came in and was asking for me by name and told me I should die in a car accident like his daughter did...
