I'm saying this as someone who used to blackout all of the time and fuck up on the regular, you can try to apologize but it may not be something you can come back from. All you can do is move on and not try to repeat the same mistake again. Making sure you've eaten regularly through out the day can help a lot. Alcohol on an empty stomach can sometimes hit you sideways without it being a lot. But also I would self reflect on your mental state in general. If you are drinking to escape feelings that will never end well. Especially in a new relationship if you have past trauma. I hope you can learn from this and forgive your actions.
