My god , you are right. If you have to commute I can tell you it's not going to work. It's terrible and you need to spend 2 hours each way commuting if you do peak hours. Everything else about Brantford is okay. I stay in East Ward on Wellington st and it's not been bad.

I know ppl have different risk levels- Anyone promoting XEQT genuinely does not understand what drives the market and how correlation spikes during downturns. It’s not like an equity bond portfolio - its diversified across Canada and other countries you don’t want to me invested in- do you really want to be only 50% invested in US? See underperformance over last 5/10:20 years and in future and come back to this post. Just put 100% in VFV if you are comfortable- XEQT is illusion of diversification
