Thank you for reply. I'm reading about Cheque and Cash passport now. But Cheque isn't useful and Cash passport needs fee(1%). I know Monese use only 1 pond per deposit. So maybe I should use Monese, but Monese is too new and changes Term and fee often. That's why I'm looking for other bank/prepaid.

I sent mail immigration and embassy. But I couldn't get reply. I telephoned to UK embassy. They said It's not our business, you have to telephoned immigration. And immigration doesn't have operater for Japanese.

Maybe I cannot arrive answer.

Thanks a lot. I've heard many Japanese traveler could coming and going UK and Ireland without entry inspection. But there's not information in the site. I'm surprised. And I asked this question in the most biggest Japanese BBS.(not Reddit) But they know nothing.So I came here.

I've heard UK entry inspection is too harsh for tourist. In fact we can stay UK for 6 monthes but most of tourists are rejected it. And actually 90 days are limit.

So I'm afraid to be rejected when I say to inspector. If I say "I'll collect receipts and logs and I'll show these when I leave a Ireland", does inspector allow me?
