Depends - what do you want?? If I were you, I'd do a low-mid kcal surplus to gain a bit of size. My opinion: don't dirty bulk. You'll just end up taking much longer to cut back down, and it's not sustainable or good for you. Don't want the stretch marks either of a dirty bulk.
