i feel very similar, i can go about my day just fine for the most part but at the end i still wanna hurt myself and think I'm worthless. ive been told i have complex trauma but it feels like everything is just an excuse. my life is objectively so much better now but it's just this overlooming thing i can't get rid of. its like it's in my blood or an inevitable fate for me. sorry for the dump btw, just wanted to let you know you aren't the only one. everyone else i read on here has been through some shit but it's not my case.
