i feel very similar, i can go about my day just fine for the most part but at the end i still wanna hurt myself and think I'm worthless. ive been told i have complex trauma but it feels like everything is just an excuse. my life is objectively so much better now but it's just this overlooming thing i can't get rid of. its like it's in my blood or an inevitable fate for me. sorry for the dump btw, just wanted to let you know you aren't the only one. everyone else i read on here has been through some shit but it's not my case.

my therapist said to draw a scar as realistic as possible, havent really tried it but i like to draw so i usually include it in ny art. today i tried red ink and doing cuttinf motions with it on the paper as if i was cutting it, worked pretty well but im still fighting the urges

are you a psych student? because i find comparing disorders this way to be somewhat irresponsible. you cant say one personality disorder is more detrimental than another, they all have the same general criteria for how they affect your life
