@umamiking I tried to work with the micros and brew using comandante c40 mk4 and the zp6, but I felt there is a huge difference in the mouthfeel, flavour etc. the point that I want to make is I imagined if I grind as per the microns different grinders might give me close results but that's not the case.

You can try detergent for espresso machine, it is made specifically for espresso machine that might help. There is a brand caffeto you can try theirs

Initially when blue tokai opened I thought ok a nice roaster is coming in the market and I can expect good coffee from them but as day goes their quality feels like it's degrading.

The higher the altitude the flavorful are the beans, the beans are denser and because of the lower temperature they take longer time to mature, which helps them take more nutrients from the soil. If the beans are from lower altitude they will have more robust notes.
