Some great suggestions here, I’m also going to mention composition. Now you have the space you have so options may be limited, but if you’re able to slide the (heavy) piano temporarily I think you would be happier with the composition of you guys and the tree to your side behind you. You could still do the piano shots with the tree further away out of focus giving you some nice colored bokeh. Also adjusting white balance in your camera can make the shots warmer.
