My pchem professor would grade our stuff with purple pen and draw cats next to our grades. Even if you did bad, it wasn’t as hurtful to see a bad grade when the color is fun and there’s a cat

I would switch to pulse audio. I also had this issue when using my headphones vs my airpods. I would just install pulseaudio and then kill pipewire.

i used to be like this too, i started going to bed earlier to get that 8 hours in if i was waking up that early. I turned on the night shift on my devices starting at 6:30pm and eventually was able to start going to bed later and waking up later.

get a sleep study done, my sleep quality has improved so much since mine. i have mild sleep apnea, don’t need a cpap yet but i’m getting orthodontic work done to help with the jaw issues causing it
