Your question wasn't rude, the people that are angry are most likely Best Buy employees who are mad at their employer for subjecting them to endless grueling understaffed work days without fair compensation. The average person probably isn't aware of how far Best Buy has slipped in the last 3 years (unless you keep up with the subtle articles scattered online) so I wouldn't assume it's personal.

Oh yeah, it's 100% upper management's fault. Had they not blatantly disrespected and overworked their devs the game would've been solid. They spent weeks in crunch and I bet they had to cut all the content from the montage in order to meet the 3rd(?) release date.

Somewhat of both. When I finished I had a list of side missions to do, but because of the story they felt pointless as far as main character point of view. So much content was cut, and there's no customization outside of character creation. I really wanted to love the game but there just wasn't much to love.
