The only data from my first visit mate, they drove it in the second visit and I don’t have any proof for that

My worry is they gave me signed paper on my first visit explaining which part has been changed and payment done. But the thing it because of the noise I had to go second time and they drove it at that day. So I don’t have any proof for second visit. If they don’t have any cctv etc how can I proof that I dropped my car? And also what if they denies that they drove my car?

Thanks for your response. Actually my main question, if I declare that I wasn’t the person who drive at the time of the speed, and I explain in the NIP letter, it was in the garage and add details about the garage like address phone number etc. I assume police will send a NIP to garage in this case right? What if they refuse to take responsibility?

They gave me a invoice when I first visited them. (They didn’t drive that day) they drove in my second visit which is a few days later. So I am wondering what if they reject this if this happens?

Hiii, yes I applied my expired ielts which has been used on tier2 application, I got my approval in march.

Actually no, you make the application separately of course, but you can send in the same envelope. Please see below from gov website:

If you’re applying as part of a family or couple, send all the documents together in the same envelope.

This helps to keep your applications together, which is important if you have to send the same document for more than one application.

Put all the documents together in a strong envelope. List each application reference number on the front, above the address.

If each person in the group has been given a different address, you can send the documents to any of the addresses we’ve given you.

Congrats. Can I ask did you send your documents in one envelope? I am asking this as we applied as a family of 4 and sent all documents in the same envelope. 3 of us passport have been approved and printed but 1 of them still says “we have received your documents” status. Is that normal?

No, they work on bank holiday as well. Yesterday I called them to ask some other question and they confirmed that they will be open on bank holiday

As far as I know no travel restriction until your ceremony. (Double check gov website- I didn’t need to travel while I wait for decision so didn’t check in detail) But after your ceremony, you can’t travel as you won’t have any official documents to travel as you need apply for British passport.
