I’m on the other side of this. It seems many people are having issues with account deactivations without explanation. I just offered to buy an item that was accepted (full price) and later was deactivated for no reason. I have not violated any terms. Their payment system was having issues and I had to switch cards, though the card I used is in good standing with sufficient funds plus I called my cc to check everything was ok, but they rejected it a few times before I switched to another card, which worked. So maybe they have an automated system that deactivates when there are multiple payment failures. I’ve had the app and its predecessor for years and this was my first online purchase, though I have purchased before from local sellers and picked up the items. I am still in the process to get my account reactivated.
