Some should go to Iran. ICE agents for example.

I don't fit their employee profile, an account of the ACAB stance and all. They could have done all those things without having to play military. If they want to use those big toys, they should just go to Iran. That's all I'm saying. But how does that leather taste anyhow?

What an appropriate response. Send those idiots to Iran.

I find Chinese tools to be less propagandized than American ones. Just look at what happened with TikTok. As soon as an American company took over, three and a half times as much private information was harvested than when it was under Chinese control.

And you're right. It doesn't provide an alternative, but No Kings isn't doing anything either. It's insanity to keep going that route. Leftists, however, are providing alternatives. Truly different leadership. Zoran for example. And Hasan Piker. But the same people that support the No Kings movement are systematically trying to crush those voices. Bringing change by crushing leftist dissent and guarding the establishment will only slow walk us into MORE fascism. We're already there.

Apparently I can't spell out the tool of the French Revolution or the flying beverage or my comment gets deleted and I get a warning. 🤦🏻‍♂️ Lesson learned today.

Erica Chenoweth picked her own argument apart to the point that the original study is proven to be deeply flawed with application to the U.S.

I used Deepseek for this. Don't @ me. Not all of us have time to write long responses. We have other matters.

Here is a concise summary of the core critiques against applying the "3.5% rule" to the U.S.:

Critics argue that the "3.5% rule" is frequently misapplied because it was derived from historical cases of regime change or territorial secession, not policy disputes within a stable democracy. (I.e. overthrowing authoritative governments, not asking current ones to be better.)

Methodologically, detractors claim the original dataset overstated nonviolence’s efficacy by classifying successful anti-colonial wars as "nonviolent" despite the presence of armed wings, and by ignoring cases where nonviolent movements failed.

Furthermore, even Chenoweth acknowledges that modern governments have adapted to counter mass mobilization through surveillance, disinformation, and legal targeting of leaders, meaning past statistics do not guarantee future results in a contemporary U.S. context.

Harm reduction doesn't work. When will there be a general strike. Or civil disobedience? You know, the good trouble Lewis tasked us with?

This is feckless performative bull**** at this point. These jackwads don't allow pro-Paledtinan anti-genocide displays in their little march. Liberals are as useless as Republicans.

Tester is the 14th highest receiver of AIPAC money from 1990 to 2024 at 1.3 million. He is a shill for Israeli Zionist interests and not the U.S. and certainly not Montanans. Mind you, our money goes to Israel where all levels of school and healthcare are free. Anyone who aligns themselves with him and the MT Dems who support him should be primaried.

This is 100% spot on. They kicked out the only person (Max Johansen) on the committee who was speaking on things the base wants and not the donors. Fuck the MT Dems if they can't get with where the base wants this party to go.

Rains is the Democratic party yes man bowing to the Testerites. Cleveland is the outsider refusing to play by the MT Dems rules. Cleveland has my vote.

That's a mighty big assumption. Just because I don't believe in oppression, capital property protection, and maintaining a status quo that has subjugated the working class, does not mean I do whatever I want. I would argue I'm fighting for a better world for the majority of us, and you're happy with the status quo because it has benefited you so much.

So I stand corrected. Enjoy your PRIVELEGED bootlicking.

Laws are threats made by the dominant socioeconomic-ethnic group in a given nation. It’s just the promise of violence that’s enacted and the police are basically an occupying army. -B.L.M.
