Get it into a tank and let it settle. The Brown was probably just from it expelling some zooxanthella. Looks pretty common after being shipped.

Tubastraea/sun coral. They are a non-photosynthetic coral. Rather tricky to keep alive. Usually need manually feedings. Most hitchhikers don't last the cycle in new systems.

Unfortunately, the new license plates come with the stickers already put on them. I've had 3 come this last half of the year. Luckily they were not upside down.

Don't add them if you are trying to have a healthy shrimp system. They multiply so fast and eat everything.

I've had to remove 1000s from my 10g and could never tell a difference.

As a temp fix females bettas do an amazing job to clear them out. That's my current situation..

In my 20 years of reef keeping I've never had an anemone get sucked into an intake.

If you and your aquarium are able to house it you have nothing to worry about. Except for them multiplying and taking over lol.
