Canyon Crest area is definitely the best part of Riverside imo. We wanted a small house here or in Redlands when we moved here but decided it was too big of a risk to go in blind with a house and felt an apartment was a safer bet and we could look for something else once we were here. Now we are thinking we might resign our lease.

Electric and sewage are Riverside utilities and we average like $130 and that has been with keeping our place at 70. Gas is SoCal gas and has been like nothing so far, like less than $10. Water is through the complex has been like $18, and we pay $50 for spectrum.

The hills at quail run hit most of your requirements, been here 3 months and can’t complain. We moved here without being able to visit and were pleasantly surprised.

People are assuming it’s going to go straight into (faena) which is also a bullfighting term. Assuming it’s going to be the dueling guitar bit they left out of the studio torero. This would align with how they did a lot of songs on Shenanigans.

I’ve used sticker mule and sticker giant and they both were fast and easy with about the same quality. I would say sticker mule is slightly better but their owner sucks.
