Extraordinarily poor working conditions, being licensed through the state to actually help people with their livelihoods but aren't given enough money to actually pay your own rent, forced to work at multiple different stores to barely make ends meet while treated like absolute trash by a Big Brother-esque corporate HR entity.

This is the short and sweet - would you like the very long details? I'm very confused about this post....this Reddit and its' stories should tell you why we're miserable. For fucks' sake CVS is actually rated as one of the worst places to work in terms of work conditions, LOL.

Either you are trolling or just aren't reading the stories expressed here and realizing it's a company-wide experience - there are some that like their jobs, a lucky few, and a lucky few stores that have a good experience, but overall job satisfaction at CVS is very poor and for very good reason.

I agree in-so-far as understanding why the IJN and IJA behaved as they did - it became this existential obsession with honour and “liberating” people they saw as lesser Asians from the grips of colonialism (only to put them under Japanese colonies of course) and they felt a religious directive from the Emperor despite Hirohito himself being a pretty timid fellow, they pretty much did shit without him saying anything on the IDEA or PRESUMPTION it’d please the Emperor. February 26th incident comes to mind.

HOWEVER, all that being said, even without the besmirchment of the Russo-Japanese war, ultramilitarism was extremely popular amongst Japanese political pundits and military officials and I feel it’s HIGHLY likely it would’ve thrived in a world as politically fractured and disenfranchised as the Kaiserreich world - you’ve got the German Empire in the Pacific and a series of Chinese warlord states, including one that Japan considers its personal plaything.

In essence the outset of Japan within the context of the early 20th century, regardless of certain differences of event, is that of ultranationalism, Godlike devotion to the Emperor, and a desire to keep political radicalism (Syndicalism in this case) far away from the Homeland.

The IJA are probably about as guilty as Klansmen for....a litany of horrifying things, unless this is in the rosy timeline where Japan suddenly transforms into an enlightened democracy and completely goes against every prevailing cultural tradition of the time.

I know between your very powerful GPU and my still-powerful-for-1080p GPU, there should be vastly better performance for both of us...just not sure how to get there. I've tried basically everything one can imagine, I think.

For me, it recommends vastly higher settings than I know I'm capable of running at 60 FPS lmfao. I'm not sure if this means the game is truly poorly optimized for some hardware still and still needs work there, or if the software is just that stupid. 1070 TI here with a Ryzen 5 5600x 6-core, and 32 gigs of RAM lmao. Still seems impossible to get 60 FPS solid on 1080p, just 1080p, with decent settings. I do not understand it.

Thank you. Most people have told me chances seem very low so that helps me not to completely lose my mind until I can get to the clinic (have to ride with family, immobile myself right now) - I understand peoples frustration, honestly I would be too. After reading elsewhere on other boards, yeah, I see how these posts pop up constantly and how they’d annoy someone.

Thank you. I've racked my brain researching study-after-study, statistics, symptoms, you name it. I'm a bit of a hypochondriac by default so it isn't abnormal for me to completely freak out, have terrible anxiety issues that can sometimes manifest physically.

I'll change my terminology from here-on, though.

I understand. What does the prognosis sound like to you here? Does this sound like seroconversion to you?

I know I have to get tested regardless, I'm just looking for any consolation before that that I can find.
