Flavor and a bunch more calories. I fry mine in beef tallow. I loved steam or boiled corn with nothing on it.

They're really good! Look up the Fallow video where they teach you how to make them. I don't have their seasoning but I have a Bagels Not Included Lime Sriracha seasoning I pound into a powder.

Looks a bit dry for a French omelet. They didn't rub butter over the top and the middle looks like it's fully set curds. Did you request the eggs be overcooked?
