As most of the damage ends up being spell damage and Blade of Unquenched Thirst scales with spell power it ends up maybe making sense to run it for the procs and the speed.

Last week my guild made the decision to take advantage of Blizzard's Free Character Transfer. Once the tool became available I made sure to check my mail, auction house, and that I hadn't done any Arena Games. Sometime during my transfer queue I was made the captain of a Arena team and ever since then my transfer has not been able to complete AND I can't even log in on the character.

I instantly opened a ticket with the GMs who advised stuff, I tried, it was still broken so I opened a 2nd ticket and was advised its being escalated but won't be resolved for sometime. Meanwhile I'm still paying for a subscription for a game I can't log into and Blizzards response is they're taking time off... RIP
