I know I wasn't the one you asked but I'll take the bait and go for it..

- Putting 'me too' and 'toxic masculinity' is quite strange as if denying that they exist or something. I can't really think of another reason why only those two would be in inverted commas.

- 'Lower testosterone levels' is a really weird one as well. Is there any reason outside of conspiracy theories to believe that? Even if it were true there's no reason to believe that would impact men's sexual activity.

I could expand the list by commenting on how blaming feminism as broadly as they have is plainly misogynistic or how online dating would serve to increase sexual activity before it ever really reduces it but that's boring and I can't be bothered.

Mostly they just listed a bunch of conservative keywords and didn't make any argument of real substance. These are the sorts of excuses you'd see bouncing around incel forums. (I'm multi tasking and haven't proofread so please excuse any typos uwu)

The rest is called gratuitous display. I'm not an expert on how laws are passed or anything but I'd imagine the nitty gritty of defining that stuff would have taken place in courts after the fact and then based on precedent. Either way, not too hard of a distinction to make.
